Article 7 DURATION OF AGREEMENT1. This agreement will not end because one of the parties dies, but will still be hereditary and must be followed by heirs or assigns of each party.2. All the rights that have been transferred in this agreement is irrevocable and is an integral part of this agreement.
Article 8 DISPUTE RESOLUTIONIn the event of a dispute and can not be resolved amicably or deliberation, both sides agreed to resolve the legal basis and both parties have agreed to choose a public place and stay in (------ Office of the District Court - ----).
