Article 3 DURATION OF AGREEMENT1. This agreement will not end because one of the parties dies, but will still be hereditary and must be followed by heirs or assigns of each party.2. All the rights that have been transferred in this agreement is irrevocable and is an integral part of this agreement.

Article 7
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

2. FIRST PARTY is entitled to payment of a sum of money as agreed in article 5 of this agreement.
3. The SECOND PARTY has the right to use land and buildings located on it.
4. SECOND PARTY is obligated to make a payment amount of money as agreed in article 5 of this agreement.
Article 8 BANS FOR BOTH PARTIES
1. During the payment process has not paid off, the FIRST PARTY is prohibited or not allowed to dispose of the land and building thereon to the THIRD PARTY with a suggested pretext or for any reason.
2. During the payment process has not paid off, then the SECOND PARTY is prohibited or not allowed to:
a. Sell, in whole or in part of land and buildings located thereon to the THIRD PARTY.
b. Ensure, in whole or in part of land and buildings located thereon to the THIRD PARTY.
c. Call transfer my right to land and buildings located on it.
Article 9 DISPUTE RESOLUTION In the event of a dispute and can not be resolved amicably or deliberation, both sides agreed to resolve the legal basis and both parties have agreed to choose a public place and stay in (------ Office of the Registrar of Courts - ----).Article 10OTHER THINGSThings that have not been listed in this agreement will be discussed and resolved amicably by way of deliberation by both parties.Article 11COVER
