Article 3 MONEY SIGN SO 1. FIRST PARTY fully guarantee that the land and building homes that sold was actually belong to or the right of the FIRST alone and no other person or party that also have the right, free of encumbrances, is not involved in a case or dispute, not ownership rights being moved or being secured to another person or entity in any way as well, and is not being or has been sold to another person or party. 2. Guarantee the FIRST corroborated by two people who signed this letter of agreement as witnesses. Article 6 OWNERSHIP STATUS Since the signing of this Letter of Agreement, the land and building the house above, with all the advantages and disadvantages fully become the property of the SECOND PARTY. Article 7 BEHIND THE NAME OF OWNERSHIP 1. FIRST PARTY SECOND PARTY shall assist in the process of inverting name on the ownership rights of the land and building homes in the management concerning the agencies concerned, the supply of information and to sign the relevant papers and do all the right to do with inverting name and transfer ownership of the FIRST to the SECOND PARTY. 2. All kinds of fees or expenses related to the title transfer of land and building houses of the FIRST to the SECOND PARTY to the SECOND PARTY is fully charged. Article 8 TAX, FEE, AND LEVY 1. Prior to the signing of this Letter of Agreement then all kinds of taxes, fees, and charges related to and on top of homes and buildings still remain the obligation and responsibility of the FIRST PARTY. 2. After the signing of this agreement and so all of the foregoing entirely the duty and responsibility of the SECOND PARTY. Article 9 DURATION OF AGREEMENT This agreement does not expire due to death of his world FIRST PARTY, or due to any cause. In such circumstances, the heir or successor FIRST PARTY shall comply with the provisions set forth in this agreement and the FIRST PARTY commit ourselves to do all what is necessary in order to implement this provision. Article 10 OTHER THINGS Things that have not been listed in this agreement will be discussed and resolved amicably by way of deliberation by both parties. Article 11 DISPUTE RESOLUTION About this agreement and the consequences of both parties choose a fixed residence and radically in (------ ------ Office of the District Court).
